The setting of Jane Eyre
Firstly, the story takes place in Gateshead, where the orphan Jane is living with her cousin and aunt unhappily. The aunt and the cousins of Jane were very cruel and violent, and that causes Jane to have pain and bad memory about her family. They often lock Jane in the red room where Jane thinks the ghost is. She meets a good kind friend called Helen in the Lowood, who teaches her the true friendship, however, she soon dies of tuberculosis and Jane falls in to the deep depression and sadnesses. Even under a sharp headmaster of the school, Mr.Brocklehurst, Jane studies really hard and finally becomes a teacher. She soon get the job as a governess of the Thornfield. This is the very important setting of the story because she meets her true love, Rochester while stays at Thornfield, teaching 8 years old girl. However, Jane finally leaves the Thornfield because she finds out the truth of Rochester, which he already has a wife who has a mental problem. After Jane leaves, she meets St. John Rivers, who is the cousin of Jane. This setting is important as well because Jane would have died if she didn't meet him. One day, Jane hears the voice of Rochester in her dream- important, because it was the reason why she went to see Rochester and the story ends happily ever after.

book report - Jane Eyre
Jane Eyre
I read a book called "Jane Eyre", and the character I chose from the book is Jane Eyre, who is the main character of the story. She lost her parents since she was really small. Her parents died of sickness, and she started to live with her uncle, her mother's brother. When she started to live with her uncle, she didn't have any difficulties such as being bullied, teased or hit, and could live as the same as she lived with her parents. However, time passes and her uncle died. Her uncle told his wife and children to take care of her as if she is the real child of his wife and real sister of his children. But they don't keep the promise. They hot her, tease her, make her starve for sometimes, and even isolate her in the red room where her uncle died, and if she screams, they consider her as a patient who has mental problem. Though, in that environment, Jane does not give up her hope and try to read books even though no one in that home don't like her to read and work. Finally in the future, she success and become very rich, and marry with her love, Rochester
